Images West Marketing publishes and distributes this line of greeting/note cards and postcards that feature local(Vancouver, BC) scenic and general interest images. The greeting cards are blank inside so as to be useful in a variety of circumstances (personal or corporate). All images are contributed by local individuals each having their own preferred areas of interest.
Originally the subject matter was exclusively Vancouver area scenics. In time general subjects (black & white, florals, winter scenics and furry friends) were added to suit the needs of our customers. In 1999 we introduced a series of train and tram postcards due to local demand. We expect these new initiatives to continue in 2000 including greeting cards and postcards featuring the Canadian Rockies.
These cards are produced locally and are in limited Vancouver area distribution.
As well as publishing for the retail market we also design, provide imagery and produce custom products for promotional, advertising and special occasion purposes.
We rely on our inhouse image inventory and feedback from our outlets and customers to provide growth with respect to content and catalogue size. For this reason we do not solicit images nor do we actively promote individual photographers. We provide appropriate product for a local audience that supports our efforts to highlight locations and themes of interest relating to our little corner of this planet.
We welcome any enquiries from retailers who may wish to sample our line as well as from distributors who might feel some of our product may enhance their selection generally or in specific areas of content.
